Abstrak

Tulisan ini akan melakukan kritik dari satu macam pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh Sallie McFague tentang konsep Tubuh Allah untuk menjelaskan relasi manusia dengan alam. Evaluasi ini dilakukan karena pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh McFague adalah sebuah pendekatan yang berusaha merevisi ortodoksi Kristen yang dianggap tidak ramah terhadap lingkungan dan tidak cukup untuk menjawab masalah krisis ekologi. Beberapa revisi yang dilakukan oleh McFague adalah cerita penciptaan dan inkarnasi Kristus. Melalui tulisan ini maka akan dilakukan evaluasi apakah cerita penciptaan dan inkarnasi itu perlu direvisi untuk menjawab masalah krisis ekologi.
