Abstrak
Ada kesinambungan sejarah antara "Old Princeton" dan Westminster Theological Seminary di Philadelphia, meskipun kesinambungan ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai sudut pandang. Hal ini terutama terlihat dari bagaimana para teolog dari kedua lembaga tersebut terlibat dalam hubungan timbal balik antara teologi biblika dan teologi sistematika. Tradisi-tradisi teologis ini memiliki perhatian yang bertahan lama untuk menafsirkan Kitab Suci dengan benar karena komitmen mereka yang mendalam terhadap otoritas kanon alkitabiah.
